18th annual awards will be presented on April 12 in Las Vegas

[ST. PETERSBURG, FLA] – March 12, 2024 – Kobie was named a Finalist in the Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy category in the 18th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program. Kobie’s loyalty-centric Call Center leveraged strategies that have resulted in customer satisfaction metrics above industry standards to earn this recognition.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

Kobie’s submission for Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy featured impressive achievements that can be attributed to innovative features and loyalty-specific training for Call Center agents. For example, after implementing several strategic initiatives between 2021 and 2023, Kobie’s Call Center recognized an average post-call survey score of 94% compared to the industry average of 77%.

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 47 nations and territories, were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 200 professionals worldwide, working in seven specialized judging committees.  Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year.
