Top Workplace distinctions are based on teammate feedback collected through a third-party survey conducted by Energage, an employee engagement company. The survey evaluates 15 drivers of engaged cultures, including values, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), innovation, and leadership.
In recent years, Kobie has prioritized the development of leaders at all organizational levels, fostering a sense of community, and reinforcing the value-driven culture rooted in DE&I.
