Once Again, Kobie Named Leader in The Forrester Wave for Loyalty Solutions

Kobie was recently named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Loyalty Solutions, Q2 2021. Forrester ranked Kobie in the highest tier among 14 premier brands within the loyalty marketplace. The Forrester Wave™: Loyalty Solutions identifies how each of the loyalty providers addresses the needs of B2C marketing professionals. The recognition continues Kobie’s streak as a Leader in loyalty.

Awarding the highest score possible in User Experience and Solution Vision, Forrester, an independent research firm, remarks how, “Kobie anchors winning client strategies with behavior and emotional data.” The comprehensive evaluation includes 28-criterion for current offering and strategy. Forrester said, “Kobie leads with strategy, which it offers to brands regardless of their technology footprint, and executes with data expertise.” Kobie’s strengths lie within crossing the typical silos of strategy and execution, which are a culmination of our teammates’ investment back into our clients’ wins and Kobie’s unified company model.
