Considering Kobie’s work with Verizon’s B2B loyalty program, Small Biz Rewards, and the several related blogs we’ve written in the last few months, we’re particularly attuned to the goings-on of small businesses and their customer engagement – even when the loyalty program in question is more B2C focused.
So we were happy to read an article in ZDNet which highlighted four loyalty programs tailored for small businesses and how customization and personalization within the mobile environment is increasingly key in attracting and retaining customers. Whether Affinity Solutions, Belly, Perka or RewardLoop, each is ahead of the curve in terms of loyalty management and rewards technology. In 2013, small business B2B and B2C loyalty programs that are customer-personalized and metrics-rich (but not overwhelmingly so) show exciting promise. In fact, customer engagement, personalization and loyalty were the focus of Kobie President, Michael Hemsey’s recent Mobile Marketer article.
