Kobie is ecstatic with the news of the 2019 Inc. 5000 rankings. We placed 1842 on the list, reaching our highest ranking and jumping 744 spots from our 2018 placement. With this placement, Kobie has joined a prestigious group of companies who have ranked in the Inc. 5000 nine times – only 1.26 percent of those on the list have accomplished this feat. Since our first year on the Inc. 5000 at 3171 in 2010, we have seen several years of success and good fortune, and are proud to have set a new personal best this year.
Despite the fact that we are only eight months into 2019, Kobie has had a monumental year, making incredible strides as an organization and service provider. Most recently, Kobie was recognized as a Leader in the Forrester Services Wave, orchestrated by Forrester Research, an independent advisory firm. In May, we launched Kobie Alchemy® X, our next-gen loyalty platform with cutting edge innovation to help brands around the world optimize their loyalty efforts. Adding this program to our extensive lineup of services in the Kobie Loyalty Cloud, we are pleased to offer a new way for our clients to maintain successful operations and expand their business efforts. Back in April, we held the incredibly successful third annual Kobie OnPoint Conference, hosting industry-leading brands and providing thought leadership from across the loyalty industry. Through each of these accomplishments, Marti Beller has been strongly leading the company, as she was appointed as Kobie’s new president six months ago.
Our teammates are what make Kobie so great. Between our Downtown St. Petersburg office, our two contact centers in Florida and Texas, and our remote teammates across the country, everyone has a role in continuing both the company’s wellbeing and each employee’s personal growth. Kobie is a supportive learning environment welcoming people from all backgrounds, and those who are employed here find a sense of community with their coworkers. Our various team building and personal wellness events, such as group outings, Health Fairs, holiday gatherings and the like strengthen our bonds to one another and promote individual prosperity, which translates into the work we do.
