As Kobie’s Chief Operating Officer, Doozie is responsible for guiding business priorities while driving operational excellence to achieve client satisfaction and exceptional quality. With more than 20 years of experience in organizational management and technology leadership, Doozie’s career began in financial services and has spanned multiple sectors, notably healthcare and loyalty.

Doozie has led technology teams responsible for building digital commercial products in the travel, e-commerce, and loyalty industries. Most recently at GE Healthcare, Doozie led engineering efforts focused on Customer Digital Experience (CDX) solutions within the Digital Technology division of GE Healthcare. Included in the portfolio were products and capabilities that capitalize on the concepts of digital selling, online training, and the internet-of-things (IoT).

Under Doozie’s leadership, the team successfully met delivery KPIs (on-time, on-scope, on-quality) made possible through the implementation of a software development methodology (SDM). Doozie also contributed to the Digital Technologies software development transformation initiative, focused adoption of an Agile development methodology, platform automation, and standardization of software delivery metrics.
