As Chair of Kobie, Bonnie brings over 25 years of experience in business, financial management and entrepreneurship. She founded Kobie in 1990 with her husband, Jared, taking over as President in 2000.

With an M.S. in Nutrition and Public Health from Columbia University, Bonnie supports Kobie’s ongoing partnership with the St. Pete Free Clinic, providing food and health services for the local community. The Jared S. Hechtkopf Community Food Bank, in her late husband’s honor, distributes food to partners in Pinellas County.

Bonnie continues to play a leadership role at Kobie and is central to the company’s culture and DEI initiatives.
