As we continue down our theme of relearning, rebuilding & rediscovering your customer, the next Virtual Collaboration will focus on how you can look at the data on your customers to inform different personalization tactics.

We will discuss how the data you have on your customers can inform the efforts of measuring clienteling, lifecycle integration, and gamification.

Developing a strategy to engage members between transactions will help increase consideration, control margin and better personalize the member experience. A non-transactional engagement strategy will help brands relearn, rediscover and rebuild relationships with their most valuable members, after a transformational year.
