If you’ve been, you know. If you haven’t, we hope this gives you a glimpse of why OnPoint isn’t just a highlight of our year, but also the attendees! And don’t just take our word for it…

“OnPoint continues to be a place where loyalty leaders and leading strategists have meaningful conversations about what is impactful now and what is coming next.”

This month marked our 8th annual OnPoint: Kobie’s invite-only, thought leadership loyalty conference. For three days, we gathered with clients, partners, and friends to exchange bold ideas, challenge assumptions, and reimagine what loyalty can be. But calling it a “conference” doesn’t quite cut it. OnPoint is a gathering of sharp minds, fresh thinking, laughter, and real connection.

What made OnPoint 2025 different?

This year, the bar was higher – and we felt it. From the caliber of conversations to the depth behind every session, this was our best yet. The questions were thoughtful. The brands in the room were forward-looking. And the beachside setting didn’t hurt either.

As always, OnPoint brought Kobie’s culture to life. We’re serious about the work, but we never take ourselves too seriously. That’s why you’ll always find a pop culture thread woven throughout – this year’s nods went to Wicked and Saturday Night Live. On the surface, they’re entertainment. Look deeper, and they’re case studies in loyalty: how to spark fandom, forge partnerships, and turn engagement into lasting value.

The content reflected a changing tide in loyalty. Sessions tackled consumer expectations, data strategy, personalization through AI, and readiness for the future. Our keynote speakers, futurist Anat Baron and resilience coach Charles Clark, challenged us to look beyond the now – toward how we think, lead, and evolve. It was less about the tools and more about the mindset.

We’ll be sharing deeper dives in the coming weeks. But for now, know this: if our goal was to leave attendees thinking differently than when they arrived, mission accomplished.

Then… There’s the feeling.

You felt it on the rooftop at the welcome reception. You felt it during dinner when the talk shifted from KPIs to kids and favorite books. You felt it in those quiet moments when someone asked a question that made the whole room pause.

That feeling doesn’t happen by accident. We work hard to create it. Because the best loyalty strategies aren’t built in silos – they’re sparked by dialogue, disagreement, and discovery among people who care.

That’s what makes OnPoint different. It’s the in-between: the sparks, the “aha” moments, the shared commitment to doing the work – and doing it right.

To everyone who joined us – thank you. For showing up. For sharing. For making OnPoint what it is.

See you next year.
