As Kobie’s Chief Technology Officer, Ian leads the enterprise architecture, infrastructure, design, and development of Kobie’s core platform, Kobie Alchemy® Loyalty Cloud (KALC), as well as enterprise IT. With over 25 years of experience across financial services and healthcare, including specialization in loyalty, Ian has extensive experience leading global, high volume, low latency technology products.

With Mastercard Worldwide for over a decade, Ian led agile transformation efforts across the global organization. Working with delivery teams, he guided the modernization of the software development cloud infrastructure, process, and deployment pipeline. Ian also directed the loyalty technology team supporting issuer loyalty, card-linked offers, and credit card benefit management with solutions, customers, and platforms in countries across the globe.

Prior to his time with Mastercard, Ian led the software engineering department for Mercy Health Systems driving patient, provider, and payer technology solutions to improve patient care.
