May is #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, so Kobie is celebrating and raising awareness by hosting a series of events and sharing resources to help teammates prioritize their well-being, build healthy habits, and find balance in their life 🧠🔋.
To kick things off, we hosted a fun activity for some of our local teammates, socializing & shuffling our way through friendly competition at St. Pete Shuffleboard Club.
To celebrate the freedom and flexibility Kobie’s culture provides, we hosted a webinar with Cigna for teammates to learn strategies to reduce stress through time management techniques. We also provided a virtual, full body guided yoga class to start the day feeling relaxed and refreshed.
And to round out the month, all Kobie teammates were gifted a paid Mental Health day to rest and recharge. We find that healthy people are happy people, so that’s why this month and every month we make mental and physical wellness a priority.
