Jared and Bonnie Hechtkopf had a dream, one that built Kobie into a pioneering and successful direct marketing company with early clients in the CPG and telecom industries. With an acute sense that the market was evolving, and keeping their finger on the pulse of technological innovations, that dream turned into a new vision to revamp the company into a leading loyalty technology provider.

Kobie now employs over 300 teammates, with dedicated offices in three U.S. cities and multiple teams operating fully remotely, and successfully runs some of the most recognizable loyalty programs in the industry using a proprietary software to handle the data of hundreds of millions of customers.

Bonnie handled all financial management for the toy import business she started with her husband, Jared. When the two launched Kobie in 1990, she handled the administrative and financial affairs, eventually taking over as president in 2000. She now serves as Kobie’s Chair.

As CEO of the fastest-growing company in loyalty, Bram continues to inspire and excite teammates with his vision and Kobie’s unbelievable growth. For over 15 years, he has led the company in Business Development, Marketing and now in his role as CEO.

Joe is responsible for all platform development and enterprise architecture. Joe has been designing and operating for over 20 years, with the last 18 dedicated to loyalty technology. He has deployed solutions for Fortune 500 brands across the globe.

Dave has one main responsibility: evangelize the power of loyalty. He has extensive experience analyzing, designing and optimizing loyalty programs. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, helping organizations understand and solve for customer issues.

JL is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of corporate finance, business development and senior management experience. He has operated in senior finance and BD positions in Fortune 500 companies, small to mid-size companies, and in the tech start-up world.

Wendy leads the Client Services & BD Team. After years of owning a successful New York-based jewelry design company, she transitioned to launch a digital marketing firm. In her tenure at Kobie, she has worked in Solutions Architecture, Corporate Strategy, Business Development and now is the CCO.

In his role, he focuses on advising clients on creating, enhancing, and transforming their customer loyalty strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
